Products & Prices

The TOL Jewellery© jewellery presented on our e-Shop are a selection of the TOL Jewellery© collections. Their prices may be modified without notice and therefore have no contractual value.

Our prices are quoted in Euros and are inclusive of 21% VAT. We accept payment by bank transfer. Other payment methods may be accepted on request.

Furthermore, TOL Jewellery© photos are only intended to illustrate our creations and are therefore not contractual, as the colours of the photographed products may be slightly different in real life.

Delivery

Currently, we only deliver in Belgium.
For delivery in another country, please contact us.

Furthermore, the order will be considered as having been “delivered”, as soon as the Customer or a third party designated by the Customer, is in physical possession of the products, as evidenced by the signing of the acknowledgement of receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.

Right of withdrawal

1. Legal right of withdrawal

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase of the product(s), without giving any reason, within seven days. The withdrawal period expires seven days after the day on which the Customer takes physical possession of the product sold. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify us of their decision to withdraw by means of an unambiguous statement in a letter sent by post or by e-mail.

2. Eﬀects of withdrawal

In the event of a withdrawal, we will refund the amount of the product(s) purchased to the Customer within fourteen days from the day we receive the product(s) concerned. We will effect the refund using the same method of payment that the Customer used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, this refund will not incur any costs for the Customer.

The Customer must return the product(s) to us (at their own expense) without undue delay and no later than seven days after having informed us of their decision to withdraw. After this period, the right of withdrawal will be considered null and void.

The Customer will not be entitled to a refund if the product has been used, if it is not in the same condition as when it was delivered or if it has been damaged. The Customer shall nevertheless be entitled to a refund if the depreciation of the product is the result of handling necessary to ascertain the nature and quality of said product.
To be entitled to a refund, the Customer must return the product in its original packaging with all the documents that accompanied the product and the order summary.

3. Exception to the right of withdrawal

The Customer does not have the right of withdrawal in the case of personalised products such as customised jewellery engraved with an inscription requested by the Customer, customised jewellery made especially for the Customer, jewellery that has different characteristics from those described for the products available on the website, etc.

Consumer Goods Warranty

In accordance with Articles 1649bis to 1649octies of the Civil Code, we shall be liable for any lack of conformity which exists at the time of delivery of the product and which appears within a period of two years from such date.

However, the defect shall be deemed to be non-existent if, at the time of purchase of the product, the Customer was aware of the lack of conformity or could not reasonably have been unaware of it, or if the lack of conformity is attributable to the Customer.

It is agreed that the Customer shall notify us of any lack of conformity in writing within a maximum period of two months from the day on which they noticed the defect. Failure to comply with this obligation shall result in the loss of the Customer’s rights in relation to lack of conformity.

However, we would like to point out that the special character of our products must be taken into account in this respect, requiring the Customer to take care of them, in particular by avoiding any contact with detergents or abrasive products.

In addition, normal wear and tear and a certain patina resulting from repeated use of our products cannot be considered as a lack of conformity within the meaning of this provision.
